We worked with Dulce in 2018 to purchase a home and got to know her through the buying process which included numerous trips to view prospective homes. By the time we finished the purchase of our house we considered her a part of our family and have stayed in contact with her over the years. She was the natural choice when we first considered selling our rental property in fall of 2020. From the first time we met to tour our rental property you could tell Dulce had our best interest at heart, at one point even encouraging us to keep the property (what kind of agent does that???). Once we made the decision to sell she worked closely with us via calls and multiple property visits to ensure we made critical improvements that would maximize our investment when listing the house. We have worked with Dulce on three previous transactions and she is awesome! As soon as we knew we were moving back to Seattle she was one of the first calls we made! Dulce is amazing.
